Our management services take a holistic approach to construction projects: Project Management, Design Management, Construction & Contract Management, and Facilities Management. In each of these management areas, FMC Pacific establishes defined outcomes, reporting relationships, and processes by which project performance is measured.
We pride ourselves on keeping projects on track in order to meet the target dates and milestones, managing the project budget, identifying constraints and ensuring a seamless delivery for our client.
FMC offers sound feasibility services by capitalising our quantity surveying expertise and construction experience in the Pacific. In its simplest terms, the two criteria to judge feasibility are cost required and value to be attained which is our client’s Return on Investment.
Our feasibility studies calculate, measure and aim to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed venture, opportunities and risks presented in the scope and delivery and ultimately the success for the stakeholders. This is the basis upon which the decision is made by Stakeholders to move the Project from conception to realisation.
FMC Pacific has in depth knowledge of construction processes and delivery methods in the Pacific region. We have developed strategic alliances with key players in the region. The success of projects rely heavily on proactive overall project and contractor management, including mitigating risks or disruptions, co-ordination issues, comparing project status and progress to the actual programme and budget, as resources perform the scheduled work.
FMC Pacific works with the client and contractor as part of the project team from site establishment to Project handover, Final Account reconciliation and throughout defects liability periods. We are sometimes commissioned to stay well into the operation and maintenance of the asset through Facilities Management services.
